We aspire to be a family of faith that welcomes people of diverse backgrounds and stories, worshipping and supporting each other, while following Christ’s example in working for peace and justice in our urban context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Sunday <\/mark><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

This summer, we are gathering around the Peace Table, literally and figuratively, in an imaginative series where the “table” is at the centre of our worship. Come at 10 a.m. when it’s cool and be out early to enjoy summertime activities! Whether you\u2019re looking for a church home, wrestling with spiritual questions, or simply curious about Christian faith in the Mennonite\/Anabaptist tradition, there\u2019s a place for you at TUMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re always “come as you are,” but you’re especially welcome to join us in flip-flops and shorts (or whatever) for these informal Sunday services. And of course, wherever you are, you can tune in to our Zoom feed on Sunday mornings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faith Formation classes, Lectio Divina prayer and Sunday Brew adult discussion will resume in the fall, but there are activity bags and a quiet craft table for younger children during the summer, as well as a time in the service just for kids.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
